Action for wrongful death in the district court for St. Louis county by the special administratrix of the estate of Robert Noel Hagsten, whose death is alleged to have resulted from an injury inflicted by a truck owned by defendant Clifford Rue and driven by the defendant Walter Simberg. The case was tried before Mark Nolan, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict of $5,000 returned for plaintiff. From an order denying their alternative motion for judgment or a new trial, defendants appealed.
